Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to services provided by INSURRIFY TECH PRO LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. Nature of Services

INSURRIFY TECH PRO LLC provides website development, design, and IT professional services. As these services involve custom digital work and intellectual effort, traditional product returns do not apply.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted before project work has commenced.
  • The Company is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.
  • A duplicate transaction or billing error has occurred.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already started or resources have been allocated.
  • Initial concepts, drafts, or development work have been delivered.
  • Delays are caused by the client’s lack of response or failure to provide required materials.
  • The client changes the project scope after commencement.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after revisions have been provided.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company if:

  • The project is canceled after partial progress.
  • A mutual agreement to terminate the project is reached.

Any refund amount will be adjusted based on work completed and administrative costs incurred.


5. Revision Policy

Clients are encouraged to utilize the revision process included in their selected service package. Revisions are intended to ensure satisfaction before project completion and are subject to package limitations.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact INSURRIFY TECH PRO LLC before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks after services have been rendered may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Legal action for recovery of funds
  • Submission of supporting documentation to financial institutions

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days. The actual time for funds to reflect may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
